Judgment was reserved in June in the drawn-out case brought by the General Council of the Bar (GCB) against the two and NPA North Gauteng director Sibongile Mzinyathi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/cdn.mg.co.za\/content\/documents\/2016\/09\/15\/judgment152generalcouncilof.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read the full judgment<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Judge Francis Legodi ruled against the GCB on Mzinyathi, which wanted all three respondents struck off the roll of advocates for how they handled three political cases, including the decision to drop criminal charges against former head of crime intelligence Richard Mdluli.<\/p>\n<p>Jiba and Mrwebi could now lose their positions within the NPA.
